Last week was so busy getting ready for the Craft and Hobby Association show (CHA). It has arrived and so much fun new stuff will be unveiled in Orlando this week. Be sure to listen for some tweets throughout the week and perhaps a post or two here.
But we didn't want to let another day go by without congratulating our latest winner in the Cricut Ticket giveaway. LuAnn from Iowa won a spot on the cruise when she found a Cricut Ticket in a Stand and Salute cartridge. She bought the cartridge so she could make something for her mother in honor of her brother who is in Afghanistan. Congratulations Luann!
There are many more tickets out there to be found so keep on looking! And when you get yours call us right away!

In keeping with the spirit of our soon-to-be-available Cricut Stand and Salute cartridge, Provo Craft retired a flag today. The winds that whip down out of the canyons near the Provo Craft building had taken their toll on The Stars and Stripes.
At 10 a.m. today many employees gathered to show respect and give dignity to our beloved flag as employees with past service experience retired Old Glory and raised a new flag.
A big thank you to all those who serve to protect freedom around the world. We benefit each day from your service.

Even if you weren't "born on the Fourth of July," you can show your national pride or honor someone's dedication to community and country with Stand and Salute! This Cricut cartridge includes uniform elements for peacekeeping forces, flag elements, patriotic sayings, and more. (See all the artwork here.)
The Pink Stamper has a great video tutorial of Stand and Salute in action. But this new cartridge can do more than just patriotic projects—check out the Breast Cancer Awareness "Hope" ribbon card on Bitten By the Bug made with Stand and Salute elements. And check out how Capadia Designs took a Stand and Salute element into a completely new use with Cricut Design Studio.
Stand and Salute is available just in time for Independence Day—and just in time for the Find the Cricut Ticket Contest! If you purchase this cartridge from a participating retailer, you could win a 7-day Caribbean cruise for two!
