Much has happened since my last update and in all the excitement it became difficult to get the updates out to the blog. There is so much to catch you up on I am not sure where to start.
Did I mention we were having a fun scaventer hunt as part of the curise? Well, it was a huge success. We had some difficult items on the list. Who would have thought that a Cruise ship (with a bar on every deck) would not have cocktail umbrella for their drinks. It was on the list and I could not find one. Luckily some of the Cricut cruisers had a brief but fun stop at Margaritaville on Grand Turk Island and managed to smuggle a couple of them on board. I have a few pictures of the chaotic times during the scavenger hunt. People sure were looking at us like we were insane.

The stop in St. Thomas was very nice. It is a beautiful Island and it is full of the nicest people you will ever meet. The island had a ton of Iguanas though. I had to constantly look over my shoulder for fear that I was going to become a snack. The old world feel and architecture (not to mention the endless supply of Rum) made it one of my favorite stops on our cruise. Check out some of my photos.

The next day we were at sea and we had a little bit of excitement. The fire alarm went off. I was just about to hop out to the life boat when the captain came over the loud speaker and told everyone to remain calm and to stay put. The fire team was on the case and actively battling the fire that had started on deck 9 in the spa. It turns out that someone put a towel on the hot rocks in the sauna and started the blaze. The captain seemed calm so we just went about our business cropping. They got the fire out and the rest of the cruise was fairly uneventful. That is until I decided to give every Cricut Cruiser a limited-edition golden Cricut Expression. Gasp! That’s right! A golden Cricut! For every cruiser! But I didn’t stop there. I decided to give each of them their very own Gypsy as well! The excitement was at an all-time high near the end of the cruise.

Our final stop was at Half Moon Cay (pronounced Key). It is a private island paradise that I had a hard time leaving. The sand there was like fine powder or flour and the water was crystal clear and you could see all the way to the bottom. It was amazing. We had some serious fun in the sun. One of the Cruisers even taught me how to hula. I fell asleep for a short while and the rest of the gang buried me in the sand so I decided to just chill there for a while. It was uber comfortable and it totally made my trip. I really enjoyed my time there on the beach.

That was our last stop and as they say all good things must come to an end. As we sailed back to Florida I managed to capture another amazing ocean sunset. It was a perfect end to an amazing trip with some of the greatest people on earth. Provo Craft really knows how to send people out in style! Maybe we will get to do it again and you will be with me on our next outing!

Bye all! And watch for more fun to come!!!

Hello again!
We are having an amazing time on our cruise. I think I have gained 5 pounds already and my swim shorts are getting a little tight. Even though my shorts are tight, everyone loves the green machine!!

Last night I and all my sea faring friends had a great time in the piano bar. We were singing/chirping along with all of the songs. The piano player was really great, he knew all of my favorite songs, and we had a spectacular time together! After I left the piano bar I tried to get into the upper deck pool but it closed at 10:00 pm. When a crew member tried to tell me to leave, my foot got caught inside the legs of one of the deck chairs. I panicked and tried to jump out of the way but all I did was trip myself and hit the deck, hard. It was good fun but I decided that it was time to go to bed.

Today we landed on Grand Turk Island. The first thing I asked was if there were any poisonous snakes or bugs or anything else that would try to eat me. I was truly afraid of some animal mistaking me for an easy meal (I don’t really run that fast in the sand, I kind of have big floppy feet). A couple of the Cricut cruisers tried to convince me to go fishing while we were there. I think they were just looking for bait so I turned down the offer. Instead, I took a tour of the island and ended up at a nearly 100-year-old light house. It was a great experience and I have some great photos to share. I’ll have to put them into a layout later.

Well I've got to run. Tonight we are doing a scavenger hunt that promises to be great fun. See you soon!

Ahoy! Cricut here. I am writing to you from the beautiful Eurodam cruise liner on the first ever Cricut Cruise in the middle of the Atlantic. To kick this little party off me and 68 of my closest friends had an amazing breakfast; good chat, and fun while we waited for our departure to the dock.
I won’t bore you with every detail about that morning. Just know that it was a ton of fun. Once on board the cruise liner the fun really started. First, while everyone was settling in for the welcome aboard lunch, I was running from one end of the ship to another just chirping away. Some of the crew thought there was a cricket infestation and they tried to have me quarantined in the lower decks. One of them even sprayed me with raid (that’s like mace for bugs only it burns sensitive green skin). I got that misunderstanding sorted out (even though most people do not speak Cricut and they don’t understand Cricut for the speaking impaired or C.S.I)
Then I was off to the upper deck to wave good bye to all my adoring fans that couldn’t wait to catch a glimpse of me. While on the deck I decided to watch the sun set as we left port. That is one image I will never forget. And I got some amazing pictures to share with all of you!
Later that night we all got together in the disco bar for drinks and dancing. I had a lot of fun dancing even though the ceiling was not high enough for me or should I say my antenna (they kept getting stuck in the speakers and lights). All the dancing and behind pinching wore me out and so off to bed I went.
The next morning we got together to make some great scrapbook pages to store all our great times and friends from the cruise. I wanted to please all my fans onboard so we worked it out with the crew to have my picture taken with anyone that wanted one (on the agreement that there would be no pinching of my behind). I tell you these fans can get really crazy!
Anyway there’s a lot more fun to be had and I will keep you posted!!
